Thank you for considering a custom piece. Every commission is handcrafted and created specifically for you. To provide each project with the attention it deserves, commissions are accepted in limited seasonal openings, usually January and July (subject to change).

Please include:

  • piece description, i.e. necklace, ring, bracelet
  • metal preference, i.e. 18k yellow gold, sterling silver, copper, etc.
  • stone or sea glass preference or color preference.
  • size preference, i.e. for a ring tell me your ring size, for a bracelet you can tell me your wrist size OR the length the bracelet should be, for a necklace tell me the length you prefer.

How the Process Works

1. Reserve your place with a $100 non-refundable waitlist reservation fee. This fee is applied toward your specific project.
2. When your commission opens, your Creative Design Fee is due before design work begins.
3. We collaborate on your design and materials.
4. Once you approve the design, a 50% production deposit is due.
5. Your piece is handcrafted.
6. Final payment is due before pickup or shipping.

Jewelry Creative Design Retainer

Modified Existing Design: Starting at $100 (typically $100–150).

Fully Custom Design: $250.

Includes consultation, up to 10 stone options, one round of revisions, and included design time. Additional design work is billed at $85/hour.

Lighting Creative Design Retainer

Modified Existing Design: Starting at $200 (typically $200–250).

Fully Custom Design: $350.

Includes consultation, one round of revisions, and included design time. Additional design work and installation is billed at $85/hour including travel time.

Important Policies


  • Reservation fee is forfeited if you decline the project when your commission opens.

  • Design fees are non-refundable.

  • Production begins after design approval and receipt of the 50% deposit. Any requested changes after this time will incur a minimum change order fee of $85 plus any additional material costs involved.

  • Completed projects must be paid within 30 days or deposits are forfeited and ownership remains with the artist.

  • Customer stones are accepted at the artist's discretion. Natural stones can contain hidden fractures and may break during fabrication. The artist is not responsible for accidental breakage of
    customer-supplied stones.

  • If an artist-supplied stone breaks during fabrication, it will be replaced with one of equal or greater value.

  • Minor adjustments to completed projects may be requested within 14 days.

  • Every commissioned piece is interpreted through the artist's style and will be unique, not an exact replica.

  • Natural materials vary in appearance.
  •   
    The artist may photograph completed work and use photographs in marketing, social media, etc.

  • The artist reserves the right to decline commissions.

  • Estimated completion time is typically 8-12 weeks after design approval but may vary depending on material availability and workload.
