Returns

We offer store credit within 30 days of purchase on items that are unworn, unwashed and unused, in their original condition and packaging, with a receipt or gift receipt.

To start a return on an online order, email artistrycayucos@gmail.com with your order number. If you are local you are welcome to bring the item into the shop instead.

All sales are final on discounted and sale items.

How store credit works

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we issue store credit for the purchase price. It can be spent online or in our Cayucos shop, and it does not expire.

For mailed returns, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are not credited.

Lifetime repairs on Silver Coast Designs jewelry

Our jewelry is made to last, and we proudly offer lifetime repairs on Silver Coast Designs pieces. Repairs for manufacturing flaws are complimentary. Other repairs may incur a small fee, and we will always tell you the cost before we start. Email artistrycayucos@gmail.com with a photo, or bring the piece into the shop.

One-of-a-kind items

Because many of our pieces are one of a kind, we are not always able to offer an exchange for the same item. We are always happy to help you find an alternative.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at artistrycayucos@gmail.com. We will need photos of the item and of the shipping box or packaging. Damaged and defective items are not limited to store credit - we will repair, replace or refund your original payment method, whichever you prefer.

Cancellations

If you contact us before your order ships, we are happy to cancel it.
