This website is operated by Little Pearl Cayucos LLC, doing business as Artistry By the Sea. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Little Pearl Cayucos LLC. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the website or our services.

Online store terms

By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction in using the Service.

Handmade and one-of-a-kind goods

We are a curated boutique selling handmade work, both our own and that of independent artists we carry. Many pieces incorporate natural materials such as sea glass, sea pottery, shells, driftwood, leaves and natural stones. Every piece is unique, and color, texture, size and markings will vary from the photographs shown. This variation is inherent to handmade goods and is not a defect. Many items are available in a quantity of one.

Orders, pricing and availability

We reserve the right to refuse any order and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Prices are subject to change without notice. Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions and availability, and we reserve the right to correct them and to change or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, including after you have submitted your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unworn and unwashed items with a receipt or gift receipt, and returns are refunded as store credit. Full terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; to harass, abuse, defame or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload viruses or malicious code; to collect or track the personal information of others; to spam, phish or scrape; or to interfere with the security features of the Service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service and all products delivered through it are provided "as is" and "as available", without representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. We do not guarantee that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
