Where we ship from

Orders ship from our shop in Cayucos, California.

Processing time

Most orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces take longer; we will let you know the timeline when you order. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Rates and carriers

We ship via USPS standard post unless you choose an expedited service at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size and weight of your order.

Local pickup

If you are local to the Central Coast, you may be able to collect your order in person at our Cayucos shop. Choose local pickup at checkout where available and we will email you when your order is ready.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our shipping rates and are collected by your local authorities. Delivery timelines vary and are outside our control once a package leaves the United States. Tracking generally only updates once a package has cleared customs.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier we are unable to take responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen. If tracking shows your package as delivered and you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office first, then reach out to us and we will help however we can.
