Silver Coast Designs Canvas Zipper Pouch — Jewelry & Beach Treasure Bag

A canvas zipper pouch, made to hold the things that otherwise end up loose at the bottom of a bag. I designed it for jewelry first. Rings, studs, a chain you do not want to spend twenty minutes untangling in a hotel room.

It has turned out to be just as good for the other direction. Take it beachcombing and it holds what you pick up: sea glass, a few shells, the small flat stones you cannot leave behind. Canvas does not mind sand and it does not mind being wet at the corner.

It packs flat when it is empty, which means it lives in a suitcase or a glovebox without asking for space. A small useful thing, and a good one to have in the car for the days the tide is out.

I keep one in my own bag most days. It is not a complicated object and it does not try to be. It closes, it holds, and it does not spill what is inside it into everything else.
