Moss Agate Ring — Electroformed Copper with Silver Band — Size 7

Moss agate has depth to it, more than most stones its size. Look into this one and there are layers going back, green threads sitting at different levels the way weed does in still water. It is not a flat face of color. It is something to look into.

I built the setting from pure copper by electroforming, which is why it looks grown rather than cut. Copper goes on in its own time and leaves an organic, slightly irregular edge around the stone, and no two settings finish the same way. The band is sterling silver, so the ring reads warm at the top and bright at the finger.

Copper darkens over time. Some people like that and let it go. Others polish it back. Either way it is one of a kind, and it is a size 7.
